After using a brand of straightener for a few years that shall remain nameless, i bought a mk4 styler and couldn’t believe the difference in results I was getting. Many friends I know go on about their GHD stylers but I just thought yea sure, i’m not paying that when i can get one much cheaper but the technology in the straighteners is amazing. It turns itself off if you don’t use it for a while and when i use it to straighten my hair it looks so shiny and sheek and i turn heads! Kudos to GHD for their Mk 4 straightener

Not knowing a sectioning clip from a hair pin, I decided to surprise my wife for our anniversary with a GHD mk 4 hair straightener and I can say it has been a great product and one that has certainly kept me in favour with the mrs! I read reviews on many straighteners but this always came out on top. Her hair looks much better as well and for a bloke to notice that, it must mean that it works!

I had an old GHD straightener but decided to upgrade to the mk4 and boy I was impressed. It shows how much GHD want to stay as the market leaders in straighteners as the improvement from my old ghd to this was vast. The most important thing though was the actual curls and waves I could create with my hair that i didn’t have the flexibility to create with the older version. I think this is down to the more rounded barrel. I had a heat proof mat from my older straightener but if you don’t have one i’d recommend this as well |
